"During these hard economic times of budget cuts and music program cut backs, young adults that might want a career in the performing arts look at programs like Drum Corps to fulfill those needs... but they don't always have the funds to do so which leaves them out in the cold and unable to achieve their Dream. HelpMeMarch.org is a great way for them to do it."

"HelpMeMarch.org has been a tremendously useful tool in helping each of our members achieve the financial ability to pay their dues. Without the assistance from HelpMeMarch.org, many of our members would not be able to afford to embark our the journey into the wonderful world of DRUM CORPS! The ability to pair marching alumni with those that seek financial assistance is the "core" of the Drum Corps meaning. The site is a true symbol of the COMRADERY that comes from the Drum Corps activity."

"I am so thankful to my sponsors over the years that gifted me the amazing opportunity to participate in drum corps. Now, thanks to Helpmemarch.org, I have the opportunity to give back by gifting those same life-changing and unforgettable experiences onto others. This unique site not only connects sponsors and members with a common passion for the marching arts together, but it also helps the drum corps activity alive for the members and the fans."

"Hi, my name is Brian Zimmerman, and I am a member of the Blue Devils from Concord, California. Drum Corps is undoubtedly one of the greatest experiences I've ever been a part of; one that all people should experience in their lifetime and lacking money should not prohibit anyone from being a part of the ride. HelpMeMarch helped me find new sponsors so that I could afford to march... and it was completely free!"

"The study of music can play an important role in the lives of young people by contributing to personal development, self expression, teamwork, and any number of other valuable skills. Drum corps is a powerful extension of this important educational discipline, and every young performer deserves the chance to partake of this unique experience. Many of these young performers rely on the generosity of friends and family to pursue opportunities for drum corps performance, so by donating to HelpMeMarch.org, anyone can help make this aspiration a reality!"

"I never got the chance to have a DCI experience. Though I've always wanted to do it, my family was unsupportive and I could never get the money together. So every time I have a little extra in the bank account, I give a little to the corps my friends march in, so they can make their dreams come true. Everyone deserves to have the experience of a lifetime in DCI."

"Kudos to the site! It's already amazing and will certainly be the premier tool for tour fee hookups. There are a lot kids in Louisiana that I teach who are very interested in the activity. They know I'm a Blue Devil (87 & 88) and ask a lot of questions. This site will help them achieve their dreams! VERY, VERY COOL!"

"I wish something like this was around when I was marching. I'm glad I can at least help others that are in the same situation I used to be."

"I am looking forward to the possibility of Corps this year, although without help, the reality is that I just will not be able to do so. Thank you so much for what you do, extending such immense experiences to people like me is a gift that only a few are able to give."

"If it were not for sponsorships I may not have been able to march my 4 years in Drum Corps. If I were unable to march drum corps I would not have the many great memories and life-skills that drum corps provided me. The economy is in a rough place right now and finding the funds to march is becoming increasingly more difficult. With Helpmemarch.org, now marching members are being provided and invaluable tool in the their desire to march. This site provides for the marcher in need but also for the many many drum corps alumni looking to give back. Drum corps is such a unique activity and needs to be supported. Thank You Helpmemarch.org for aiding in the support of drum corps future!"

"In these difficult financial times, it is great that this website has been created. Even though tour fees were not as expensive when I marched corps I would not have been able to have the memories and experiences without sponsors. Thank you for building this site where members can find prospective sponsors to help them have the chance to participate in this activity that we all love."

"Drum corps is one of the most rewarding activities out there. However, it's very expensive. On average, summer tuition fees cost around $3000. This covers uniforms, travel, and food for the entire summer. Add in audition fees, camp fees every month, gas to travel to camp, and possibly flight travel, this activity gets very expensive. That's why marchers need donations. Every little bit helps to pay for a marcher's summer of a lifetime. Going into my freshman year of college next year, I'm going to need all help I can get. People claim money can't buy happiness. The members of the drum corps community beg to differ."
